Through our integrated approach to managed disability, we provide coverage from day one of the disability. We integrate our Short-Term and Long-Term disability coverages under one contract, allowing employers the opportunity to save money from clinical integration (STD/LTD) that promotes improved employee health, reduced benefits costs, lower administration costs by reducing redundancies and duplication, and productivity improvements.
