At CDS, we partner with our customers and work closely with their staff to ensure their goals and objectives are met. We offer a full range of support services for our Short- and Long-Term Disability products (i.e. claims administration, underwriting, pricing and evaluations, state filing, product development, market research, marketing support, etc.). We have an experienced staff available to assist in all functional areas.
Reports are available for all fully insured products. On-line reporting services are available for Advice to Pay, FMLA, and Leave Tracking services.
