We also conduct face-to-face visits to review and analyze your disability block results ensuring that segments needing attention never fall between the cracks.

Throughout your relationship with Custom Disability Solutions, you will have access to a dedicated client management team comprised of seasoned professionals. You will get the guidance of an Account Executive, an Account Manager, and specialized account team right from the beginning. This account team has over 18 years of industry experience and is responsible for all aspects of the relationship, including implementation strategic business planning and ongoing help in managing your book of business.

The account executive will be your liaison within CDS. He or she will coordinate activities and resources within CDS to achieve agreed upon financial growth and profit goals of your organization and CDS.

The account executive will, among other things:

  • Anticipate problems and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate quarterly client meetings to review updates to business plans.
  • Coordinate with our strategic partners.
  • Provide training of clients' home office and field office staffs in disability related topics including product information, and sales planning.
